YMG 2021 Children & Young People’s registration

The timetable

The children and young people’s programmes run from Monday 2 August to Friday 6 August. So that children of different ages in families can be included, the Children and Families Programme (under 11s) will run three separate sessions in the morning only. Young People’s Programme (YPP) (11 to 15 year olds) will run in the afternoon to early evening. Junior Yearly Meeting (JYM) (15 to 18 year olds) will run from 10.00am until 9.00pm. Both YPP and JYM have allocated optional time and also significant breaks on their programmes.

Your responsibility

You will remain responsible for your child/ward while they are on the Zoom call with us. They will need access to a computer/laptop, tablet or phone to join the sessions – although a phone is not recommended. All the programmes will use Zoom. In addition, Junior Yearly Meeting will use Gather Town. The latter works better on a computer.

Participating in other parts of YMG

Participants age 14 and over may, if they wish, attend events and sessions outside the CYP programmes. If they plan to attend these events and sessions independently from an adult, they will need to complete the YMG registration form.

Participants under age 14 years may only attend events and sessions outside the CYP programmes if accompanied by a responsible adult who is registered for YMG.
